Shipping And Returns
All products on our site ship for free to the Continental US (no Hawaii or Alaska).
Most items take approximately 3 business days to process. From there, they will take anywhere from 1-5 days to ship to your location. Please call, chat, or email customer service for the most accurate estimate.
A carrier from our Distribution Centers will accept shipment. At this point, TITLE OF GOODS passes to purchaser and our responsibility ceases. FedEx Ground or Common Carrier ship all products freight prepaid dock-to-dock. This is unless otherwise specified on your purchase order. Any incidental charges will be charged back. These include, but are not limited to, inside delivery, liftgate, residential, and reconsignment.
Upon Receiving Your Shipment
Upon receiving your shipment and before signing for it, count the cartons to ensure all you've received all products. Also before signing, inspect all packages for signs of damage in transit. Should there be any shortage or signs of possible damage, note all findings on the driver’s paperwork. Keep your copy of the paperwork.
If you discover any damage, visibly on the carton or concealed, retain all product and packaging for inspection by the freight carrier. Contact the freight carrier immediately (in no more than 15 days from the date of delivery) to make a report and submit a claim. The freight carrier will then provide you with the procedure. All product returns will result in a merchandise credit. The Customer is responsible for the payment of the shipping label to return the item. Returned merchandise is not accepted from freight collect or without prior written authorization. Ship freight prepaid in original carton. Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% unless waived by customer service at the time of return authorization. Customer is responsible for any damage on return and the cost of re-boxing if required prior to any issued credits.
