Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and The Office Place reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Office Place will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with The Office Place's Return Policy.

Returns Policy

All product returns will result in a merchandise credit. Returned merchandise will not be accepted  if sent freight collect or without prior written authorization. Ship freight prepaid in original carton. Returns will be subject to restocking charge of 25 percent unless waived by customer service at the time of return authorization. Customer will be responsible for any damage on return and the cost of re-boxing if required prior to any credits being issued.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Due to the quick ship nature of The Office Place, we must limit customer changes and cancellations.We normally ship within 72 hours of purchase. Orders canceled or changed after shipment will be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee charge plus return freight charges. All changes or cancellations must be in writing.
